Why your mind, body, & soul? Well, I have long been interested in holistic health and living a holistic life. In my opinion a  healthy mind, body, & soul connection is essential for our overall health. Our minds, bodies and souls or spirits are what make us human. Plus of course our emotions. 🙂


With this site I want to offer you a place to regularly visit where you will get inspirational information on all things “mind body and soul”. You will find articles on

    Hello there, I have enjoyed reading through a few of your articles and shared them socially too.
    I have been interested in improving my mind, body and soul with short daily meditations to help with depression and anxiety and to help raise my vibration. I feel I have a way to go yet but it is definitely helping.
    Just reading your articles have a calming effect on me and I will return to read and share more. It helps me to feel like I am on the right track to healing myself.

      Hi Andi,

      thanks for commenting. Meditation is definitely helpful for the conditions you mention. I started off with guided meditations many years ago to help me get disciplined and stick to it. Last year i discovered a great APP called Inside Timer which has loads of guided meditations and is generally really helpful. check it out and let me know what you think.

      Otherwise be patient with yourself – we all have to start somewhere. You certainly are on the right track – otherwise you would not be reading this! 🙂

      I am just working on an ecourse – 30 life changing habits to keep in touch, better yet you might like to subscribe and then you will get the information as it comes so you do not miss out.

    I am fairly new to the holistic approach to life. Most of my life I used traditional remedies and methods – mostly exercising techniques, along with traditional medicines. I am very interesting in what you have to offer. My wife is very much insistent on this lifestyle. I like the ideas you present and it is definitely something I will recommend she take a look at. Thank you for the great information.
